Eligibility and Requirements:
- Proof of Incident: Customers must provide valid proof that the item was stolen. This includes a police report filed within 48 hours of the supposed delivery time.
- Delivery Confirmation: The item must have been confirmed as delivered by our shipping carrier, with a timestamp that matches the customer's claim.
- Immediate Notification: Customers must notify us of the theft within 72 hours of the delivery timestamp provided by the shipping carrier to qualify for the SecureShip Guarantee.
Coverage:
- Replacement or Refund: Upon successful validation of the claim and proof of theft, we will replace the stolen item at no additional cost to the customer. If a replacement is not feasible, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.
Exclusions:
- SecureShip Guarantee does not cover items missing due to misdelivery by the carrier or lost during transit. It applies solely to theft occurrences post-delivery as confirmed by shipping carrier records.
